Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Azman Yahaya obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 from Clarkson University, New York, United States of America and Master of Science (M.Sc) in Impact and Explosion Engineering in 2004 from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (U.M.I.S.T) United Kingdom. In June 2015, he received his PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Impact Mechanics of Advanced Material) from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He has been a lecturer in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA since 2002, and has taught degree and post-graduate level courses as well as conducting consultations and research works. He has published and presented several of technical papers in reputable journals and international conferences in the area of Engineering Education, Impact Mechanics, Material Response and Energy Absorption. Among management position that he has held are Coordinator of Industrial Training (2006-2009), Coordinator of Graduate Employability (2015 – 2016), Deputy Dean of Student Affairs (2016-2020) and currently appointed as Director of Co-Curriculum Development Centre Universiti Teknologi MARA. He believes that people are created equal and can be successful if similar opportunities and supports are extended to them, thus it is with this ethos that he is determined to help students with their studies.

His passion in students’ development and experiential learning have driven him to develop various programmes to enhance students’ soft skills as well as extra professional certification programmes to increase their employability. In his effort to combat unemployment among graduates, he is actively designing entrepreneurial activities to help them become job creators. He is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach with MTM Consultant Sdn. Bhd, Certified Entrepreneurial Leadership Trainer with Swansea University Leadership Academy from UK and a Certified Disaster Management Essentials from The University of Melbourne Australia. He has attended the Professional Certificate for Entrepreneurship Educators and Certified Trainers (ProCEEd) conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) Malaysia that granted him as a Certified HRDF Train The Trainer (TTT). He also enjoys helping others in need and currently as one of the advisors for Briged Sukarelawan UiTM that had been declared as The Best National Student Association in 2023.

Syed Mohd Fairuz Bin Syed Mohd Dardin serves as the Director for the Center of Students Leadership & Excellence within the Department of Student Affairs and Alumni (JHEPA) at Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM). In this role, he oversees the curriculum aspects of students through Student Bodies and accredited curriculum courses. Dr. Syed Mohd Fairuz earned his PhD in Signal, Image, Acoustic & Optimization from ISAE Supaero, Toulouse in 2015, following his completion of an M.Sc in Aeronautical and Space System at the same institution in 2011. Prior to this, he obtained his Master of Engineering from UTM in 2006 and his undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering from MMU in 2002. His diverse educational background has equipped him with a strong foundation in engineering and aeronautics.

Before joining UPNM in 2007, Dr. Syed Mohd Fairuz gained valuable experience in various positions at Telekom Malaysia, starting in 2002. As an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Syed Mohd Fairuz is actively engaged in research focused on signal processing and control theory, particularly in estimation techniques applied to guidance, navigation, and control systems.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Syed Mohd Fairuz is deeply involved in student activities, serving as an advisor and trainer in both sports and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities. He is also involved in national-level competitions, having been invited to serve as a judge for events such as Robocon Malaysia and PISTEK

Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Siti Kudnie Sahari received her first degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, Malaysia in 2001. She pursued her Master of Science in Microelectronics at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia, graduating in 2004. In 2012, she obtained her Ph.D. in Semiconductor Electronics from Hiroshima University, Japan. Currently, Dr. Siti Kudniei holds the position of Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. Additionally, she serves as the Deputy Director of the UNIMAS Entrepreneurship Centre.

Dr. Siti Kudnie's research interests span various areas, including thin film technology, advanced semiconductor materials, semiconductor processing, and renewable energy. She has contributed significantly to academia, with 85 publications to her credit, covering both engineering and teaching and learning domains. Furthermore, Dr. Siti Kudnie has successfully been awarded 20 research grant projects, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in engineering and pedagogy.
